CAUTION! It has come to our attention that a scammer is using our brand name WAH CHAN to scam people into making online payments thru social media. Wah Chan will not hesitate to take legal action on the person(s) involved.

FALSE SERVICE WARRANTY FROM WINTER POLARIZ

“We noticed a Company (winterpolariz@gmail.com) has been offering artificial diamonds for sale on their website with clause Lifetime service by Wah Chan Gold & Jewellery.

We regret to announce that we have no knowledge whatsoever of the abovesaid company and its products.  So, please do NOT be misled by their irresponsible advertisement.

Meanwhile, we reserve all our rights.  

If required, and upon our request, our Company lawyer will write to the company concerned requesting them to withdraw the clause in question immediately & issue notice of clarification; otherwise we will report to MCMC for further action.”

It has come to our attention that some individuals has been offering for sale some “fake” 916/999 gold items using “forged” cash bills of our Endah Parade, Seri Petaling outlet. These are actually gold plated items from unscrupulous sources.

We will offer reward to anyone providing information that lead to the arrest of these three culprits. We will never compromise on such illegal/unethical practice that affects the confidence of the general public in our products.

We had reported the above matter to the authorities.
